🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team managing pricing operations end-to-end
• Set and track production and quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Drive data-driven analysis, automation, and process improvements
• Manage communication with retail teams across global Amazon marketplaces
• Collaborate with tech teams to develop scalable ops solutions
• Oversee hiring, coaching, and team engagement initiatives
• Maintain data security and system integrity

✅ Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of:
• Program/project management
• Team management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience in leading process improvement efforts

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of:
• SQL, MySQL, ETL tools
• Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma
• Experience managing SLAs and high-impact operations
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage escalations
