About the Role:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions, primarily serving state and local government clients. You will manage project delivery, client engagement, solution design, customization, training, and quality assurance. You will act as a subject matter expert and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Permitting and Licensing implementation projects
• Serve as primary client contact and translate requirements into solutions
• Design, customize, and configure Oracle solutions to client needs
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients and teams
• Conduct testing and quality assurance
• Create detailed project and user documentation
• Stay current with Oracle features and industry trends
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
• Participate in pre-sales, proposals, and RFPs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• 5+ years implementing and managing Oracle Permitting and Licensing solutions
• Ability to travel about 50%
• Experience with state/local government permitting and licensing projects
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Permitting & Licensing software (configuration, customization, integration)
• Strong project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification
• Master’s degree in Business or related field
• Experience in Professional Services or Big 4 firms
