Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit for the APAC region
• Train and support junior team members and interns
• Analyze campaign data to derive insights and improve performance and ROI
• Align campaign strategies with broader marketing goals through cross-functional collaboration
• Monitor platform updates and industry trends to maintain competitive edge
• Document workflows and best practices for campaign execution
• Manage budgets and pacing in coordination with the strategy lead
• Provide regular performance reports to internal stakeholders
• Support cross-channel paid media strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns
• Proven success in delivering ROI-driven campaigns
• Experience in agency or in-house digital marketing roles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with ad tech tools, tracking pixels, and campaign platforms
• Knowledge of APAC digital advertising trends and markets is a plus
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and strategy
