Role: Practice Operations Lead – Senior Manager 2

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $144,300 – $265,600/year

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy execution and operations for Deloitte Private PMO
• Manage programs, strategic planning, communications, and transformation efforts
• Collaborate with firm leadership and cross-functional teams
• Drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence
• Coordinate with global teams and deliver executive-ready content
• Prepare dashboards, executive briefings, and facilitate leadership discussions

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience (including client service)
• Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills
• Project management & cross-functional leadership
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, CoPilot
• U.S. work authorization required
• Travel: 0–10%

• Strategy development, operations transformation, and content creation experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Experience working with confidential, high-level business topics
