Position: Product Development Support (3-Month Duration)

About the Job
The Product Development Support role is a 3-month temporary position focused on assisting in the product development and client support process. You will work with various internal teams to ensure smooth product enhancements, provide client support, and contribute to daily operations.
Responsibilities
Product Development Support
- Prepare Product Requirements Documents (PRD): Create PRDs for straightforward product enhancements to guide development.
- Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Progress Follow-up: Regularly follow up with developers to ensure timelines are met and tasks are on track.
- Product Testing: Participate in product testing phases to validate functionality and ensure quality.
- Go-Live Assistance: Support the product go-live process, including conducting post-launch checks to ensure smooth functionality.
Client Product Enquiry Support
- Client Query Resolution: Address and assist with resolving clients’ product-related queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions for client issues and communicate resolutions effectively.
- Client Feedback: Gather client feedback to inform potential product improvements or identify bugs for resolution.
Daily Operations
- Data Processing: Perform simple data processing tasks, such as compiling reports or updating internal records.
- Administrative Support: Handle routine administrative or operational tasks to support the team’s daily functions.
Requirements
- Experience: Basic experience in product support or client services, preferably in a tech or crypto-related environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in documentation and administrative tasks.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of product development cycles and ability to collaborate with technical teams.
- Client-Focused: Able to resolve client queries efficiently and effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accurate and thorough documentation and follow-ups.
