Salary: $135K–$225K + 17.5% bonus + equity

Travel: Up to 70%

Summary:

Serve as the main point of contact for healthcare providers (HCPs) regarding patient access, reimbursement, and coverage for Pfizer's Rare Disease portfolio. Support product hub activities, assist with prior authorizations and copay programs, and navigate payer landscapes to ensure timely patient access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide HCPs through reimbursement and access processes
• Educate on payer policies, formularies, and Pfizer assistance programs
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., hub, field teams) to support patients
• Track patient cases and access status through approved systems
• Maintain compliance with Pfizer policies and industry regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7–10 years pharma experience (sales, reimbursement, or access)
• Deep understanding of payer systems and rare disease access challenges
• 3–5 years in medical billing or insurance preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Valid U.S. driver's license
