As a Responsable Expérience Consommateur, you will manage media strategy and execution in a specific geography, assess media performance, collaborate with agencies, and strengthen the team's digital marketing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute media strategy at country/business unit level
- Develop and implement media plans with the marketing team
- Analyze performance with a focus on ROI
- Manage relationships with media agencies
- Enhance digital marketing and eCommerce practices
- Foster a test-and-learn mindset across teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally for effective campaign execution
Key Qualifications
- Experience in media buying and analytics (agency + industry)
- Strong digital media and eCommerce exposure
- Ability to influence across matrixed stakeholders
- Action-oriented with strong process and communication skills
