🔹 Role Summary

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through cross-selling CSC's Digital Brand Services to an existing portfolio of corporate customers (primarily West Coast-based). Your focus will be on products like domain management, brand protection monitoring, and digital security services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Understand CSC’s digital product suite and communicate its value to clients
• Make 30–40 outbound calls daily to current customers
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets through structured sales plans

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• Inside sales experience, ideally B2B
• Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient
• Experience selling to executive-level decision-makers
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• CRM familiarity (e.g., Salesforce, not explicitly listed but helpful)
