Position: Sales Development Representative

Compensation: $20–$25/hour + variable commission + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify and engage inbound leads to generate pipeline for Account Executives
• Communicate ZoomInfo’s value by identifying customer pain points across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Recruiting teams
• Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover new sales opportunities
• Build trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales and a willingness to learn
• Ability to convey value in a clear, compelling way
• Dependability, resourcefulness, and problem-solving mindset
• Resilience and creativity in overcoming challenges
