Compensation: $25.00–$31.25/hour + variable compensation + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage senior executives at enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees)
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline for Enterprise Account Executives
• Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans for target accounts
• Educate prospects on ZoomInfo’s full suite of solutions and business impact
• Align outreach with prospects’ needs and challenges across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience targeting enterprise-level companies
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior decision-makers
• Experience personalizing outreach and identifying high-potential opportunities
• Skilled in building structured and results-driven prospecting strategies
• Strong understanding of market trends and buyer pain points
• Experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo (preferred)
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
