Sales Development Representative, Mid Market

Compensation: $23.08–$28.85/hour + variable compensation + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage senior-level executives at Mid Market companies (100–999 employees)
• Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans targeting key accounts
• Educate prospects on ZoomInfo’s solutions and how they address Sales, Marketing, and Operations challenges
• Personalize conversations to focus on business impact and pain points
• Collaborate closely with Mid Market Account Executives
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience selling or prospecting to Mid Market organizations
• Skilled in communicating value to senior decision-makers across departments
• Ability to assess needs, personalize outreach, and identify high-potential opportunities
• Experience with structured prospecting plans
• Familiarity with GTM tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo (preferred)
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
