Role: Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market

Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid – minimum 3 days/week onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $23.08 – $28.85 per hour + commission + benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage senior-level executives at mid-market companies (100–999 employees)
• Execute outbound sales strategies to build pipeline for Mid-Market Account Executives
• Educate prospects on ZoomInfo’s full suite of solutions, aligning with business pain points
• Communicate value propositions that address needs across sales, marketing, and operations
• Build trust and credibility with internal stakeholders and prospective customers

Requirements

• 1+ year experience engaging mid-market prospects or selling to B2B accounts
• Strong communication skills; able to engage with decision-makers across departments
• Proven ability to create and follow through on structured prospecting plans
• Adaptable and driven in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo preferred
