šÆ Role Scope
This is a mid-market crypto-native sales leadership role. Youāll target crypto exchanges, trading firms, DeFi platforms, custodians, and Web3 startupsāowning the full sales cycle and collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth across the U.S.
š Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly/quarterly revenue targets by closing new business in the crypto-native segment
- Lead prospecting, pipeline generation, and territory planning
- Manage and expand strategic client relationships
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, GTM teams, and product specialists
- Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting
ā Ideal Candidate Profile
Youāll stand out if you bring a mix of:
- 5+ years enterprise sales in SaaS, fintech, or Web3
- Proven ability to sell into crypto-native institutions (e.g., exchanges, prime brokers, market makers, custody firms)
- Strong familiarity with wallet infrastructure, DeFi, blockchain security, or tokenization
- Experience working with or selling into startups, especially in high-growth environments
- Background in co-selling with tech or channel partners
- Demonstrated quota overachievement
Bonus Points:
- Youāve built or scaled GTM motions in the crypto or financial infrastructure space
- Active interest or involvement in the Web3 ecosystem
- Experience navigating regulatory or compliance conversations with institutional prospects
