šÆ Role Overview
This is a strategic enterprise sales role focused on payments clients across EMEA. Youāll drive revenue growth, set the payments sales strategy, and work closely with cross-functional teams (BDRs, Sales Engineers, Product) to dominate the blockchain payments market.
š Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute sales strategy for the Payments vertical across EMEA
- Prospect and build relationships with payment platforms, PSPs, acquirers, fintechs, etc.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Lead territory planning, account strategy, and CRM hygiene
- Collaborate with BDRs, GTM teams, and tech/product counterparts
ā Ideal Qualifications
- Strong domain expertise in the EMEA payments space
- Enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in fintech, cybersecurity, or blockchain
- Demonstrated success in hunting, closing, and scaling complex, high-value deals
- Experience with co-selling alongside technology or channel partners
- Knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and digital assets
- Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a bonus
š Preferred but not required: Background in selling to regulated financial institutions, PSPs, or crypto-native payment businesses.

2. Crypto/Blockchain Interest or Experience
Even if you're not from crypto, express curiosity or active involvement:
- Self-study in blockchain
- Exposure to wallets, tokenization, stablecoins, or payment rails
- Personal crypto investment or involvement in Web3 communities
3. Strategic Sales Execution
Demonstrate:
- Proven quota attainment or overachievement in enterprise sales
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, or engineering
- Ability to build and manage a pipeline from scratch
