🎯 Focus: 70% new business (Hunter), 30% account growth (Farmer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business in the industrial sector (focus on EMC/RF testing clients)
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → closing deals
• Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Collaborate with technical teams to match testing services to client needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 6+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in testing, inspection, or certification
• Knowledge of EMC/RF or cybersecurity standards is a plus
• Strong hunter mindset and ability to build the brand through seminars, events, etc.
