Sales Process Specialist
š Location: Northbrook, IL (Hybrid, 3 days/week on-site)
š Type: Full-time
šµ Compensation: $60Kā$72K/year (includes base + performance incentive)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary post-sales contact for Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) customers
- Coordinate onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Support renewal strategies and identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain customer trust and transparency, channeling feedback to internal teams
- Use CRM and MS Office tools to track and manage customer activity
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Associateās or higher preferred)
- 2+ years in customer service or inside sales
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
