Role Overview:

Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce Service and Experience Cloud solutions. Work closely with product managers and admins to build custom Apex, LWC, and automation for global support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow
• Build APIs (REST/SOAP), integrations, and automation
• Support CI/CD with Gearset & Salesforce CLI
• 
  
• Collaborate in Agile teams; document and share knowledge

Requirements:

• 5–10 years Salesforce Service Cloud experience
• Certifications: Admin, Platform App Builder, Developer I (Developer II, Service Cloud preferred)
• Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Flow, Git, and API design
• Familiar with tools like Gearset, Workato, and VS Code
