🌟 Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders in the banking and insurance sectors
• Advise on Finance strategy, operating models, and profitability analysis
• Lead projects in Finance transformation and performance improvement
• Help define and implement clients’ strategic priorities
• Manage project teams and stakeholder relationships
• Support business development and help grow Deloitte’s FSI offering

🔍 You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in consulting or a mix of consulting and FSI (banking/insurance) roles
• Deep knowledge of Finance processes and tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Tagetik)
• Understanding of the Belgian Financial Services market
• Strong leadership, people management, and client communication skills
• Fluency in English (Dutch and/or French is a plus)
• Ability to lead large, cross-functional projects

🎯 Bonus If You Have

• Proven FSI consulting background
• Track record in business development and proposal writing
• Experience implementing or advising on EPM platforms
