🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Creator Lifecycle Management
• Understand pain points and growth needs of content creators at different maturity stages (e.g., onboarding, growth, monetization)
• Improve their experience through workflow optimization and tool improvements
• Talent & IP Acquisition
• Source and onboard high-quality content creators and IPs that align with CoinMarketCap’s goals
• Foster long-term engagement
• Community Activation
• Lead campaigns, incentives, or events to engage creators
• Design scalable tactics for activating and retaining creator participation
• Data-Driven Workflow Optimization
• Analyze performance and feedback to refine content operations tools and strategies
• Translate insights into actionable business decisions

✅ Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in PUGC/PGC creator operations (user- or professionally generated content)
• Strong experience in platform/community management
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• English fluency (must have excellent communication & execution skills)
• Data analysis skills — ability to interpret creator behavior/performance through metrics
• Experience in crypto, or strong willingness to learn and grow in the industry

➕ Preferred Experience

• Previous roles in YouTube, TikTok, Patreon, Reddit, Web3 content platforms, or similar creator ecosystems
• Experience with content operations tools, creator CRM systems, or platform moderation workflows
• Understanding of crypto-native content, tokenized incentives, or DAO-led communities
