Role: Senior Financial Accountant / Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end closing and ensure accurate financial statements
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with financial policies
• Prepare and analyze reports for internal/external stakeholders
• Lead statutory audits and liaise with external auditors
• Ensure tax compliance and local regulatory filings
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Monitor financial regulations and ensure ongoing compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals
• Provide financial insights to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years experience in accounting/finance
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards
• Skilled in accounting software and ERP systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Capable of working independently and cross-functionally
• Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
