Role Overview

The Senior Internal Auditor will lead and execute internal audits across IMC’s global operations. The role involves assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying risks, and providing actionable recommendations in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end internal audits across business units
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders globally and provide audit insights
• Contribute to audit planning and strategy
• Provide risk-based, value-added recommendations
• Travel up to 25% internationally for on-site audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
• 8–10 years of relevant internal audit or risk management experience
• Strong initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator with strong report-writing ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across geographies
