Location: Quebec / Atlantic Canada (Remote or Hybrid)

Salary: $113,250 – $188,750 CAD

Overview:

Lead strategic regional access initiatives to secure funding for Pfizer vaccines in Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Strengthen stakeholder relationships and advocate for public health policies supporting vaccine adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement vaccine access plans aligned with public/private payers
• Build relationships with health authorities, HCPs, patient groups, and industry partners
• Provide insights to align access efforts with healthcare priorities
• Co-create policy and reimbursement strategies
• Represent Pfizer in trade association working groups
• Collaborate across teams to ensure unified customer engagement
• Partner with federal bodies on immunization initiatives

Qualifications:

• University/graduate degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of healthcare/pharma customer relations experience
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of Canadian vaccine funding (asset)
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication and project management abilities
• Able to travel up to 15% within Canada
