Senior Mid Market Account Executive

💼 Role Overview:

As a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive I, you’ll drive GitHub’s growth in the mid-market segment. This includes owning a portfolio of medium to large named accounts, building executive relationships, developing strategic account plans, and driving adoption of GitHub’s DevOps/DevSecOps/AI solutions.

📍 Location:

• Remote – India
• Up to 25% travel required

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market named accounts
• Build and influence relationships with C-level decision makers
• Leverage industry knowledge to drive business transformation
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities
• Forecast accurately and manage pipeline effectively

🎓 Required Qualifications:

You must meet one of the following:

• 6+ years in tech-related sales or technical selling
• OR Bachelor's + 4 years in relevant field
• OR MBA + 2 years of experience
• OR Equivalent experience

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years in technology sales
• 2+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps/AI strategic sales
• Experience with international/global clients
• Strong grasp of mid-market trends and strategy
• Proficiency in pipeline management & forecasting
