🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for AI-powered products at CMC
• Work with LLMs, AI content generation tools, and AI-integrated services/APIs
• Develop automated workflows for content generation, recommendation engines, and more
• Gather and interpret user feedback + data to shape product direction
• Communicate across cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders
• Write product requirement documents, user stories, and own product success metrics

🛠️ Qualifications

• Must-Haves:
• Strong experience building & shipping AI products (e.g. chatbots, GenAI tools, recommender systems)
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field: Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Stats
• Deep familiarity with crypto/blockchain/financial markets
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Nice-to-Have:
• Master’s degree / MBA
• Knowledge of the broader AI/ML product landscape and recent developments (e.g. OpenAI, LangChain, RAG systems)
