🎯 Role Overview
You’ll join the Product Marketing leadership team, helping define the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and customer messaging for core product areas like:
- Treasury Management
- Digital Wallets
- Tokenization Solutions
This is a strategic, high-impact role involving cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and external thought leadership.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Develop GTM strategies for new and existing products, focusing on adoption, awareness, and revenue growth
- Own positioning and messaging for Fireblocks’ solutions across enterprise and Web3 audiences
- Collaborate closely with Product to align roadmaps with market needs and customer insights
- Produce high-quality content: solution briefs, white papers, videos, and customer case studies
- Enable Sales and regional marketing with persona-specific materials and training
- Drive product launches and campaign execution
- Serve as a thought leader, representing Fireblocks at events, briefings, and webinars
- Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and optimize performance through data
✅ Requirements
- 7+ years in product marketing (ideally in fintech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or blockchain)
- Proven ability to tell compelling stories about complex technical products
- Experience with GTM strategy, product launches, and cross-functional enablement
- Deep understanding of digital asset ecosystems: custody, treasury, tokenization, compliance
- Strong content creator – you can produce engaging written and visual content
- Comfortable influencing Product, Sales, and Executive teams
- Analytical mindset to define metrics and iterate on performance
- Bonus: Passion for the blockchain space and its role in transforming financial services
