💰 Salary Range: $88,900 – $235,900/year + sales incentives (70/30 base/sales)

🔧 Role Overview:

• Serve as a technical advisor in pre-sales engagements with large enterprises.
• Align customer business needs with GitHub's platform capabilities.
• Drive digital transformation through software modernization strategies.
• Specialize in GitHub Advanced Security and developer workflow optimization.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery, demos, PoCs, and solution design.
• Translate complex technical needs into clear strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Build strong customer relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Contribute to strategic account planning and go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent GitHub at events and contribute to marketing efforts.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in technical consulting or pre-sales engineering
• (or equivalent degree + experience combinations)
• Experience leading end-to-end technical sales cycles.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years technical consulting/sales experience.
• 3+ years in digital transformation or software modernization.
• Deep knowledge of software development, DevOps, and enterprise security.
