Key Responsibilities

• Build global pipelines using advanced sourcing tools & strategies
• Conduct market research and track talent trends
• Collaborate with recruiters/hiring managers to fill executive roles
• Maintain accurate data, sourcing metrics, and reports
• Engage passive candidates and manage relationships through hiring

Requirements

• 5+ years in senior/executive-level sourcing or recruitment
• Experience in tech, crypto, finance, or high-growth sectors
• Strong Boolean search, sourcing, and communication skills
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
