SMB Account Executive – LATAM Market
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid) | Company: Semrush | Type: Full-time
Semrush is hiring an SMB Account Executive to drive growth within the LATAM market by managing a portfolio of existing customers, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and delivering value-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of LATAM SMB clients
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Conduct outreach and maintain regular touchpoints with clients
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Specialists
- Accurately forecast sales and retention performance
- Drive engagement and product adoption
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of B2B software sales experience
- Fluent Spanish; strong English communication skills
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, or relevant experience
- Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills
- Familiar with BANT, sales methodologies, and sales tools
- Martech/SalesTech experience preferred
Nice to Have
- Google Suite and Slack experience
- Knowledge of LATAM business culture and practices
