Job Title: SMB New Business Account Executive

Location: Vancouver, WA (Hybrid)

Salary: $50,820 – $79,860/year + commission + benefits


Job Summary:

As an SMB New Business Account Executive at ZoomInfo, you will be responsible for identifying and closing sales with small business clients. This is a high-volume, full-cycle sales role where you’ll self-source leads, manage your pipeline, conduct demos, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth. Success in this role requires strong sales acumen, speed, and the ability to close deals quickly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads within the SMB sector
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions
  • Use CRM and CPQ tools for sales tracking and quoting
  • Manage a short sales cycle (<2 weeks) with an average deal size under $20K
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline updates


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales
  • Proven success in high-volume outbound prospecting
  • Experience selling to companies with <100 employees
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
  • Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and CPQ systems
