• Lead global social media strategy, campaigns, and content across platforms (with focus on Twitter & TikTok)
• Manage and grow Binance’s online presence, including major partnerships (e.g., CR7)
• Oversee community activations, sentiment monitoring, and crisis response
• Collaborate cross-functionally with comms, product, design, and CS teams
• Drive data-driven insights, performance reporting, and campaign optimization
• Align content with crypto culture and maintain a community-first approach

Requirements:

• 5+ years in digital/social media or brand marketing
• Proven success managing large campaigns and social accounts
• Experience with crisis communication and executive-level coordination
• Strong knowledge of crypto trends and Binance’s product suite
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Self-starter, resilient under pressure, highly organized
• Remote and startup experience is a plus
• English fluency required; additional languages are a bonus
