About the Role

Join Canva’s International Marketing team to lead and execute the UK social media strategy. Create engaging content, manage community engagement, and localize global campaigns to build Canva’s brand presence in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creation and execution of UK social media calendar aligned with marketing priorities
• Produce compelling content including copy, visuals, and video using Canva
• Develop creative ideas to position Canva as a design thought leader
• Ensure content reflects Canva’s brand tone, values, and voice
• Collaborate with global social teams to localize campaigns
• Engage daily with the community to foster connection
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
• Align with local teams on business goals and opportunities
• Own community engagement and drive conversations on local channels

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and community management
• Skilled in tools like Sprout Social, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Looker, and Canva
• Creative with hands-on video editing and content design experience
• Deep understanding of social media culture and trends
• Analytical and curious about audience insights and optimization
• Strong communicator able to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative and relationship-oriented team player
• Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments
