Role Overview
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be the driving force behind Dynatrace’s hiring success across the APAC region. This hands-on role involves executing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing top-tier talent, building strong pipelines, and delivering an exceptional experience to both candidates and hiring managers. You will partner closely with stakeholders across G&A, SDR, Marketing, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for roles across APAC, with a focus on G&A, SDR, and Marketing
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HR stakeholders
- Design and implement innovative sourcing and engagement strategies
- Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs, especially in support and technical functions
- Own recruitment metrics, reporting, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with employer branding to increase market visibility
- Lead or contribute to global and regional hiring programs and initiatives
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–4+ years of multi-discipline recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
- Track record in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement
- Experience in high-growth and/or global SaaS environments strongly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in an Asian language is a plus for broader APAC engagement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, and evolving environment
