💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing frontend infrastructure team
• Own and evolve systems like:
• UI build/delivery pipeline
• Monorepo tooling
• Server-side rendering (SSR) infrastructure
• Frontend CI/CD pipelines
• Performance observability
• Collaborate with product/platform teams to align priorities
• Set clear roadmaps, unblock teams, and guide architectural decisions
• Foster a culture of inclusion, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement
• Communicate progress, risks, and milestones with stakeholders

✅ Required Qualifications

• 7–9+ years of experience in software engineering (or equivalent academic credentials)
• 3+ years in engineering leadership/platform infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of:
• Frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
• Build tools (Vite, Webpack)
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jest, Playwright)
