Strategic Customer Success Manager — Rokt (New York, NY)
Salary: $129K–$160K base, total comp $211K–$252K including equity
Type: Full-time, On-site (4 days/week), up to 25% travel

Role Overview:
As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you’ll manage and grow relationships with Rokt’s top-tier global clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of platform usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders in large, high-revenue accounts
- Develop tailored success plans to meet client business goals (e.g., reducing acquisition cost, increasing retention)
- Provide expert guidance on mParticle’s platform and best practices
- Collaborate with sales, product, and solutions teams to align on customer goals and company objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks to customer health and platform adoption
- Drive expansion and renewal opportunities, supporting account growth
- Advocate for customers internally to influence product roadmap
- Present quarterly business reviews and success metrics to clients
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years customer-facing experience, 3+ years managing global enterprise accounts
- Strong consulting skills with business acumen to assess client needs and drive adoption
- Experience with SaaS platforms, data-driven marketing, and mobile industry preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Willing to commute to NYC office and travel up to 25%
