• Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose and fix production issues across systems and services
• Scripting & Automation: Write scripts (Java, Python, shell) to support operations
• System Maintenance: Perform software updates, config changes, deployment support
• Tooling & Monitoring: Develop tools for support automation and system health

✅ Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years in software development or technical support
