🔍 Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyze and gather business requirements in taxation and IT systems
• Support client-facing projects and initiatives
• Facilitate requirements sessions and communicate with internal/external stakeholders
• Collaborate with developers and product teams, manage the backlog, and define test strategies
• Contribute to system integration, application support, and issue resolution
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes
• Mentor junior BAs and oversee requirement quality

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-have qualifications:

• Degree in an IT-related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis (preferably in multinational or tax-related environments)
• Strong financial and analytical background
• Experience with Agile teams and SDLC
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• Technical experience with Windows Server, virtual environments, SQL, IIS, Azure, and network basics

Preferred (but not required):

• Knowledge of tax or compliance domains
• Experience with Jira, CI/CD, and DevOps pipelines
• Familiarity with LEAN, Scrum, Kanban, or ISTQB/CCBA certifications
• Exposure to project management, UX/UI design, or automation tools
