About the Role:
Salesforce is looking for a Mid-Market Territory Account Executive to join the NL CBU team. This role requires a curious and energetic individual with strong knowledge of technology and value-based solution selling. You will be responsible for selling the entire Salesforce platform into a limited set of named accounts. Think of yourself as a "General Manager," developing account strategies, aligning resources, and acting as an extension of your customer. You will collaborate with other product specialists and work closely with customers to understand their business goals and map out the best strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Collaboration: Work with current and prospective customers as a trusted digital advisor to understand their business challenges and goals.
- Solution Evangelism: Promote Salesforce solutions that help customers achieve their business goals and innovate within their organizations.
- Account Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement plans to achieve sales objectives by identifying and qualifying opportunities.
- Research & Discovery: Understand the prospect’s processes, challenges, and strategic goals, using customer use cases and value hypotheses.
- Solutioning: Craft compelling value propositions that address customer needs using your understanding of technology solutions.
- Team Selling: Align with the full account team and partners to support the deal and ensure customer success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven success in quota-carrying technology solution-based direct sales roles.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce products and processes.
- Strong ability to establish account plans and strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Skilled in research and discovery, uncovering a prospect's business challenges and strategic goals.
- Ability to solution and identify value propositions that align with customer needs.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to effectively apply resources and tools to drive results.
- Strong team-selling skills, collaborating with extended teams and partners.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A deep understanding of business processes.
- Sales Methodology education.
- Passion for new business sales and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience and a positive mindset.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Experience with account management and territory planning.
