About the Job:

TikTok is looking for a Strategy Lead - Merchant Incentive to join their TikTok Shop team in Seattle. The team is dedicated to transforming TikTok into a premier e-commerce platform by offering innovative incentives to merchants, creators, and affiliates. As the Strategy Lead, you will play a critical role in designing and executing e-commerce resource planning strategies with a special focus on merchant incentive programs.

Responsibilities:

• Resource Planning & Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce resource planning strategies, including goal-setting, budgeting, and performance reviews focused on merchant incentives.
• Market Research: Stay informed on emerging industry trends and benchmarks for merchant incentives, identifying best practices.
• KPI Monitoring: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to merchant incentives such as conversion rates, GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth, and merchant satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work with product teams to ensure seamless integration of merchant incentive programs into the platform.
• Financial Analysis: Collaborate with finance teams to analyze the financial impact of incentive programs and optimize resource allocation based on ROI analysis.
• Program Evaluation & Adjustment: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of merchant incentive programs and recommend changes to improve their performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of strategic and analytical experience at leading tech companies.
• 2-5 years of experience managing teams with 10+ direct reports.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python.
• Proven experience in the ecommerce industry, preferably in resource management and incentive programs.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with financial analysis and ROI calculations related to incentive programs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with merchant incentives and ecommerce growth strategies.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $163,020 - $334,400 annually.
• Bonuses/Incentives: Eligibility for discretionary bonuses and stock options.
