Role Overview:

Canva is seeking a Transfer Pricing Advisor to join its growing Tax team. This role will support global transfer pricing compliance, inter-company pricing, and strategic tax projects as Canva scales globally. It offers exposure to complex international tax challenges and opportunities to improve and automate processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quarterly and annual transfer pricing calculations
• Prepare and coordinate global TP compliance (Master File, Local Files, CbC, etc.)
• Conduct DEMPE analyses, fact-finding, and business interviews
• Monitor global TP developments and assess business impact
• Support audits, recharges, and functional reviews
• Advise on technical TP issues and business initiatives
• Identify and implement process and workflow improvements

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of transfer pricing experience (in-house or public practice)
• Degree in relevant field; CA/CPA or equivalent
• Strong writing, analytical, and commercial skills
• Experience in global TP compliance and technical advisory
• Highly organised and able to work under deadlines
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
