Position: Audit & Analytics (A&A) Assistant (Staff level)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Job Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

Work on audit analytics to enhance audit quality and efficiency by leveraging data analytics and AI technologies. Support the audit process by mining, analyzing, and visualizing financial and transactional data to detect patterns, anomalies, and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy analytic solutions using tools like Python, PySpark, Databricks, SQL, Excel-VBA, and UiPath (RPA).
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, outliers, and compliance issues.
• Design and automate audit procedures to improve efficiency.
• Create data visualization dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Understand ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JDE, PeopleSoft) for effective data acquisition.
• Prepare and document audit analytics and testing processes.
• Stay updated on industry knowledge, business processes, and regulatory changes, including ESG factors.
• Communicate effectively with clients and Deloitte teams.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Educational background:
• Bachelor of Engineering (required)
• Preferred: Master’s in CS/IT, MCA, M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT/Mathematics, or MBA.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in data analytics or automation models, with industry focus.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong in Python, PySpark, Databricks.
• Preferred: SQL, R, Excel VBA, RPA (UiPath).
• Experience in building data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI).
• Others: Basic accounting/auditing knowledge, professional certifications like CIA, CISA, CAP, CFE preferred.
