About:

Part of Binance’s Accelerator Program for early-career talent, this role supports the Binance Earn team—focused on crypto financial products like staking, loans, and DeFi. Ideal for those passionate about marketing, blockchain, and user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns with BD and cross-functional teams
• Create content for DeFi/POS projects (landing pages, CRM, social media)
• Coordinate with KOLs to promote Web3 Earn products
• Drive user acquisition and increase Total Value Locked (TVL)

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong interest in crypto/Web3
• Previous BD or marketing experience is a plus
• Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced, global environment
