About Binance Accelerator Program:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers early-career talent an immersive experience in the rapidly growing Web3 space. Participants will gain exposure to the inner workings of Binance and enhance their professional network while building transferable skills

to advance their careers.

Who May Apply:

Current university students and recent graduates.

Responsibilities:

• Grow and manage local user-focused online and offline Binance communities.
• Moderate Spanish-language social media and chat groups to increase engagement and followers.
• Explore new community platforms to engage local audiences effectively.
• Organize online and offline events, such as meet-ups, workshops, and conferences.
• Create, translate, and proofread content for the local market.
• Build partnerships with regional developer communities, universities, blockchain associations, and Web2/Web3 audiences.
• Execute successful developer campaigns like hackathons and workshops from ideation to completion.
• Coordinate with Binance Angels and all departments to support special projects, marketing initiatives, AMAs, and other campaigns.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new volunteers for the Binance Angels program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing.
• Experience in digital marketing, especially in crypto exchanges/fintech/eCommerce/tech/gaming.
• Community management and event experience preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing/growth roles in virtual asset exchanges strongly preferred.
• Keen interest in crypto, blockchain, and the Binance ecosystem.
• Highly organized and able to manage time and multiple projects across time zones.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish for effective coordination with international partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
