About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to focus on Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) as part of the IT team. The role involves collaborating with legal and sales stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive CLM strategy. The successful candidate will drive critical initiatives, refine processes, and optimize systems for contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales and Legal teams to develop and execute a CLM strategy across the company.
• Lead solution design for legal applications, supporting CLM process improvements and future development.
• Drive cross-functional projects in CLM, including system implementations, process optimizations, and new product rollouts.
• Conduct process assessments and recommend improvements to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• Develop and manage KPIs and dashboards to track contract management performance.
• Build training and support materials to drive adoption and usage of CLM tools.
• Manage vendor relationships, including performance reviews, service delivery, and license management.
• Oversee system testing, UAT, and provide subject matter expertise for end users.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of global CLM principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes and in-house SaaS experience.
• Proven track record of managing CLM application projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and navigate ambiguity.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with CLM systems, especially Ironclad, is highly preferred.
