Responsibilities:

• Understand Sanctions & CTF risks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Support the development and implementation of compliance monitoring and testing frameworks.
• Identify and assess compliance risks related to Binance’s activities.
• Collaborate across internal teams to manage Sanctions & CTF risks effectively.
• Stay updated on regulatory and internal changes that may impact Binance.
• Assist in assessing the FCC risk profile of various business areas.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team and the industry.
• Develop basic project management skills while supporting projects and delivering quality outputs.
• Communicate challenges and viewpoints professionally, building positive relationships.
• Engage with external stakeholders such as regulators or auditors (if required).

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in compliance or financial crime compliance.
• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• ACAMS or ACFCS certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and good writing ability.
• Basic understanding of financial crime compliance (FCC) processes and technology.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and locations.
• Pragmatic, energetic, and eager to learn with strong interpersonal skills.
• Clear communicator who can simplify complex topics.
• Results-driven and willing to explore creative solutions.
