Uniswap Labs powers billions in weekly trading volume through its protocol, and this role is critical in ensuring every marketing move is both data-backed and innovation-driven.

As a core member of the Marketing Analytics team, the Senior Data Scientist leads efforts to build predictive models, optimize media spend, and create scalable data-driven frameworks. From customer segmentation and LTV/CAC analysis to implementing AI-enhanced marketing strategies, this role partners directly with stakeholders to scale Uniswap’s global reach while aligning with its mission to democratize financial access through blockchain.

Key Contributions:

• Build and apply advanced models including Media Mix Modeling (MMM), predictive LTV, cohort analysis, and attribution systems to guide decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally with growth, brand, and product teams to inform campaign strategies, personalization tactics, and budget allocation.
• Enhance user acquisition efforts through integrated insights from AI prediction engines and third-party data sources.
• Design and maintain reporting infrastructures that surface clear KPIs across digital marketing channels.
• Drive marketing innovation by combining analytical rigor with a deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem.

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years in data science or marketing analytics, with significant B2C experience in fintech, blockchain, or high-growth tech environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and experience with marketing dashboards (Tableau, Power BI).
• Hands-on with MMM, LTV forecasting, data-driven attribution, and campaign performance measurement.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for DeFi and the role of data in shaping decentralized markets.
