The Senior Manager, Data Science and Analytics at Uniswap Labs leads a high-impact, cross-functional data team in shaping the future of decentralized finance. In this role, you’ll oversee all analytics initiatives—from uncovering insights in massive on-chain/off-chain datasets to driving strategic decisions that power product innovation, user experience, and growth across the Uniswap ecosystem.

As a thought leader in both data and DeFi, you’ll define the data science roadmap, champion experimentation, and ensure the team delivers timely, actionable insights that directly influence product development and business outcomes. This position is central to connecting Uniswap’s mission—unlocking universal value exchange—with cutting-edge analytics and AI-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and mentor a world-class data science and analytics team.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to define and deliver 10x data-driven impact across the org.
• Guide the design and implementation of robust experimentation pipelines to measure product and growth initiatives.
• Translate complex data models and machine learning outputs into executive-level strategy and tactical business actions.
• Implement scalable systems for data collection, modeling, and analysis, using technologies at the forefront of Web3 and AI.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on data and AI trends, especially as they intersect with blockchain and DeFi innovation.

Ideal Background:

• 12+ years in data science or analytics, with 5+ years in leadership roles driving business outcomes.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a quantitative field such as CS, Stats, Math, or Economics.
• Deep experience with Python, SQL, machine learning, and distributed computing systems.
• Prior exposure to crypto markets or blockchain technologies is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with a track record of influencing executive leadership.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for decentralized technologies and creating scalable, data-first organizations.
