The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a deep passion for digital assets, financial markets, and cutting-edge technology to join our dynamic team. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the institutional adoption of digital assets and cryptocurrencies, providing customers with the data infrastructure to power their businesses. This is an unparalleled opportunity to penetrate new accounts in a target-rich territory, with the potential for uncapped revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
- Identify Opportunities: Help large financial institutions embrace digital assets, while developing an extensive network within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
- Drive Business Development: Prospect relentlessly within your territory, and build a lucrative book of business.
- Understand Customer Needs: Develop a deep understanding of customer business drivers, identifying key pain points, and offering tailored solutions.
- Close Deals: Structure, negotiate, and close high-value deals, typically with an average deal size of $100k+.
- Expand Accounts: Expand reach and depth into existing accounts, leveraging strong relationships and a deep knowledge of the DeFi platform space.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Drive customer satisfaction and delight, ensuring long-term success and partnership.
- Market Positioning: Help develop compelling product positioning and messaging, leveraging market trends, competitive drivers, and region-specific sales channels.
- Collaborate on Product Strategy: Inform our product roadmaps by identifying customer pain points and market needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in solving customer challenges, structuring and closing deals, and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Sales Success: Proven track record of delivering $1M+ in sales goals, with an average deal size of $100k+.
- Deep Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, with a keen interest in cryptocurrencies, digital assets, NFTs, and blockchain technology.
- Trusted Advisor: Established relationships and a strong network within the financial services industry, with deep knowledge of regulatory drivers and their impact on the sector.
- Sales Methodology: Experience with structured sales approaches such as challenger sale or MEDDICC.
- Autonomy and Drive: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can operate independently and create your own success.
- Flexibility: Ability to work remotely and travel as needed.
