Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced VIP Relationship Manager to join our Korea region team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and enhancing the VIP experience for institutional and high-net-worth clients. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, including institutional investors, HNWIs, private banking customers, and commercial bank clients.
• Acquire and onboard new VIP clients through strategic client engagement and business development efforts.
• Proactively engage with existing VIP clients via regular communication and personalized service to enhance their experience.
• Analyze client behavior and needs, prepare key customer analysis reports, and identify opportunities for further engagement.
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues effectively.
• Establish key customer service processes, formulate management rules, and monitor VIP client status.
• Stay updated with crypto industry trends and continuously improve service offerings to meet client needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in VIP client management within crypto exchanges, financial services, banking, or investment firms.
• Established client portfolio including institutional investors, brokers, futures institutions, or high-net-worth individuals.
• Prior experience in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret client behavior and identify key opportunities.
• Passion for the crypto industry and a keen understanding of market trends.
• Fluent in Korean and English (additional language skills are a plus).
