Role Overview:

As a Client Partner/Sales Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the IT requirements of various business segments in India and providing solutions to help IT business leaders serve their internal customers more effectively. Your role will involve driving sales and revenue growth by leveraging Dexian’s vast resources to solve customer problems. You will also establish strategic partnerships with key clients and contribute directly to the company's growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within targeted market segments.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the solutions development team to align strategies and solutions with customer requirements.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on emerging trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and business development activities.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure brand consistency and reputation enhancement.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven work experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, proactively solve problems, and drive results.
  • Sales Success: Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and cultivating strategic partnerships.
  • CRM & Tools: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and technology/productivity tools.
  • Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
  • B2G Background (Preferred): Experience with Business-to-Government (B2G) solutions is a plus.
