Job Description

Function: Sales and Business → Customer Service

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team at Adobe. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers by resolving both technical and non-technical issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and effective assistance to customers, resolving any technical or non-technical issues they may encounter.
• Document all customer interactions for future reference and follow-up.
• Ensure end-to-end resolution of customer inquiries, addressing concerns until they are fully resolved.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate and Undergraduate candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a technical background is preferred.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Language: Fluency in English is required.
